Certified in strength and mobility, Hope helps you to train smarter and feel stronger — at any level. I competited as a weightlifter through high school, then at the Olympic Training Center at Northern Michian University where I received my Masters in Physical Science.
I am dedicated to helping busy moms find their authentic selves through fitness, nutritionm and a strong support community.
