After purchase, you’ll get member access through your login on hopestanghillwellness.com. You can stream the workouts any time.
Not necessarily. Many workouts can be done with bodyweight, and some may include options for dumbbells/bands if you have them. You’ll always be coached through modifications.
Workout length varies by video so you can choose what fits your time and energy that day.
Most members see great results with 3-5 workouts per week, plus walking and recovery work as needed.
No. You just need to be willing to start. Workouts can be modified to meet you where you are.

This is coaching for Olympic Style Weightlifting. A 12 week program with one 1:1 with Hope each week to improve your weightlifting.
A couple of ways to do effective virtual coaching. During workouts via your phone Facetime, or record your workout and via zoom we go over it and make adjustments. This completely ups the consistency of your workouts and progress.
