Big Sky Barbells is a women’s weightlifting training program focused on building strength, confidence, and solid technique in Olympic-style lifting. You can train through 1:1 coaching or small-group coaching (minimum of 4 athletes), with each session lasting 1 hour and a 12-week commitment to support smart progression (not random workouts). You’ll also get access to our exclusive community group, and nutrition coaching is available as an add-on for a discount at $30/month.
Virtual Nutrition Coaching
$70/month
Virtual nutrition coaching gives you personalized guidance without the overwhelm of trying to “figure it out” on your own. You’ll get a plan built around your real life—your schedule, preferences, goals, and challenges—plus consistent check-ins to help you stay accountable, make adjustments, and build habits that actually stick. Whether you’re focused on weight loss, strength, energy, or simply feeling better in your body, virtual coaching keeps it simple, supportive, and sustainable—so you can see progress even on busy weeks.
